What was the highlight of My Story Hotel Ouro
Amazing, lovely and friendly!
The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Whenever we needed any assistance, they were happy to help and answer any questions we had. The location was so good, a 3 minute walk away from the Baixa-Chaido metro station and a few minutes walk away from the Santa Justa lift, Arco da Rua Augusta arch and the Praça do Comércio square. Pretty much all attractions were within walking distance and if not, they were a few minutes away of a metro journey. Housekeeping was good, we always came back to a clean and tidy room. The free toiletries we got was a nice touch as well as the little vanity set that was provided. And lastly, the free pastel de natas as a welcome gift to the city was lovely. Would 100% recommend staying in this hotel for those that visit Lisbon either for the first time or returning!
The WiFi was a bit hit and miss, sometimes it would connect and sometimes it wouldn’t work but this isn’t a reflection on the hotel itself as it was excellent!

Nice position and friendly stuff
The position is perfect, close to everything. The breakfast is good.
Room sizes are small although quite in the range with all the other center hotels. We stayed two days and was not too much time to get into much stress about this, but for a longer stay I would have get for sure annoyed
